The number of monthly active Steam users has reached 90 million. Valve representatives told about this at the Melbourne Games Week conference.

The free-to-play online role-playing thriller Path of Exile from the New Zealand studio Grinding Gear Games has collected the second largest online gaming in almost 5 years of existence. On the first weekend of June, there were more than 96 thousand people on the title’s servers at the same time.

Rating service GitHyp drew attention to the attendance of the heroic shooter Quake Champions, which appeared in early access Steam in August 2017. The multiplayer action movie from the legendary id Software company started very modestly, gathering a maximum online of 2.4 thousand players.

The multiplayer survival thriller Conan Exiles has again made it into the top ten games with the largest simultaneous audience on Steam. On May 13, Conan gathered more than 49 thousand gamers online.

Although the new project of Boss Key Productions studio is called Radical Heights, i.e. “radical heights”, the attendance of the game so far suggests the opposite. In two weeks since the launch, the simultaneous audience of the online action movie has decreased from 12.5 to 2.2 thousand people.

On April 10, Boss Key Productions studio released a new title in early Steam access — the freeplay “battle royale” Radical Heights. This is the studio’s second game after the ambitious but failed heroic shooter LawBreakers. According to the rating service GitHyp, Radical Heights started on Steam not much better than its predecessor.

The launch of the Far Cry 5 shooter on Steam has become the most successful in the history of the franchise. The peak attendance of the game reached 92 thousand gamers. This is reported by the analytical platform GitHyp.

In 2017, the rating of games with the most massive online on Steam was replenished with only one new title — the “royal battle” of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS from Bluehole Studios.
