Embracer Group has announced the purchase of eight companies. Among them are both large developers like 4A Games and New World Interactive, as well as small indie studios. We briefly tell you about each transaction.4A Games

Embracer Group Holding announced a major purchase. Through a subsidiary of Saber Interactive, he acquired 100% of Maltese 4A Games. The latter is known as the developer of the Metro shooter series. The transaction amount may amount to $80 million.

Embracer Group has raised $164 million to purchase new assets. More than 100 investors have become shareholders of the parent company THQ Nordic. Thus, in total, $389 million has been invested in it since February last year.

Embracer Group‘s second deal of the day. After the news of the acquisition of Saber Interactive, it became known that the Swedish gaming conglomerate today also agreed to purchase Voxler Studio, which develops karaoke for consoles.

Saber Interactive, partially based in Russia, will join the Embracer Group. It will become the fifth operating group of the holding, formerly known as THQ Nordic AB.
