The German advertising agency Glispa has acquired the Israeli company JustAd, specializing in the creation of playable advertising for mobile platforms and the web.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
JustAd has created a platform that allows mobile advertisers to place a functional demo of a game or application in the format of an advertising banner.
The services of JustAd were used by many large companies, including such mobile developers as Zynga, Halfbrick Games, ZeptoLab and others.
JustAd has become the fifth company that Glispa has acquired in the last 2 years.
