The publishing house THQ Nordic has acquired the Swedish studio Experiment 101 and the rights to the Biomutant role-playing action being developed by the studio.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
THQ Nordic plans to publish Biomutant in the second half of 2018 on PC and consoles.
The creators describe their project as “a role-playing kung fu fairy tale in an open post-apocalyptic world.”
Experiment 101 was founded in 2015 by people from the closed Avalanche Studios, which was known for the action series Just Cause and Mad Max.
