Jan Miczaika, former chief operating officer of the German mobile casual developer studio Wooga, will support startups in the venture company Holtzbrinck Ventures.
At Wooga, Mitsaika was responsible for a number of areas: marketing, analytics, human resources, corporate development, and others. He also oversaw operations in the Japanese mobile market.
Holtzbrinck Ventures Chief Partner Christian Saller called Mitsaika a strong leader whose experience and personal qualities have become a valuable contribution to the investment company’s team.
Holtzbrinck Ventures has been investing in gaming and technology startups for 17 years. During this time, she sponsored more than 150 companies, including Wooga Studio.
