Electronic Arts and Blizzard Entertainment were ranked in the top 100 best employers of the year by the recruiting site Glassdoor. The rating was based on employee reviews published on Glassdoor.

Blizzard Entertainment took the 28th place in the list. Blizzard team members most appreciate the built balance between work and personal time, as well as a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the team.

The main disadvantage of most of the studio’s employees was the high cost of living in Irvine, California, where the company’s head office is located.

Electronic Arts was ranked 58th in the Glassdoor rating. Employees of the corporation value their work most of all for high salaries and pleasant bonuses, including free games, ice cream, massage at the workplace and a meditation room, as well as opportunities for development within the company.

One of the survey participants called EA “great at everything except regular layoffs.”

Facebook became the leader of the rating of the best employers of the year according to Glassdoor.
