Europe’s key event in the mobile gaming industry is gaining momentum. As part of the Winter Nights: Mobile Games Conference (February 7-8, 2014, St. Petersburg), a competition for mobile game developers WN Mobile Games Competition will be held. The main prize is $30,000.
Games for iOS, Android, WP and Tiezen platforms are accepted for participation in the competition – from the beta stage to the one already published in the app store. Applications are accepted from October 21, 2013 to January 17, 2014 here: http:wnconf.com/competition . Any holder of a Premium or Premium Plus conference ticket can apply.
A prize of $30,000 will be awarded to the author of the game, which an independent jury recognizes as the best among all the projects presented at the competition. The sponsor of the prize is the organizer of the WN conference, Nevosoft company.
The speakers of the conference will be announced in November, but it is already known that Tommy Palm, the mobile guru of King (the creators of Candy Crush Saga), will perform in Russia for the first time at Winter Nights 2014. Chillingo, Rovio, Wooga, Gamevil, Flurry, Microsoft and other market leaders also confirmed their participation.
