Google announced yesterday that all Android app developers will now be able to respond to user reviews in the Google Play app store.

Developers will be able to respond to reviews through the control panel of the developer’s Google Play Developer Console account. The developers’ responses are placed under the corresponding user posts. After the publication of the comment, the user receives an email notification and, of course, can enter into a direct discussion with the developer or, if necessary, make an update of his review.

Recall that the opportunity to comment on reviews on Google Play in June 2012 was given only to some developers with the status of Top Developer Badge. Trial access was opened at the end of last month. Now Google has officially announced that this option is available to all developers. By the way, there is currently no such possibility in the Apple App Store.
