Valve has announced the Steam Summer online games festival. From June 9 to June 14, free demos of future new products will be presented in the store. Developers wishing to participate must submit applications by April 24.
This is the third demo festival on the site — the previous ones took place in December and March. At the spring festival, trial versions of games with the canceled GDC 2020 were presented. The summer event is designed to compensate for the cancellation of E3.
Note that Valve is preparing the event together with the organizer of The Game Awards Jeff Keighley (Geoff Keighley).
