The daily audience of games from Ubisoft’s Ketchapp and Growtopia mobile divisions has increased by 234% over the past 6 months.
This is reported in the financial report of the French gaming giant for the first half of fiscal year 2018 (Ubisoft’s fiscal year 2018 lasts from March 2017 to March 2018).
The company also noted that sales of the mobile game Might and Magic Heroes: Era of Chaos jointly developed by Ketchapp and Tencent for the Chinese market exceeded expectations.

For the first half of the year, Ubisoft earned about €56 million on mobile.
Ubisoft’s total revenues in the last half of the year amounted to €466.2 million, which is 65.7% higher compared to the same period last year.
In—game purchases, DLC, season passes, ad impressions generated €175 million, and digital distribution – €168 million.
Profit for the same period of time increased by only 0.1% and amounted to €3.1 million.
