The Californian company Jam City has acquired the mobile studio Brainz, located in Colombia. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Under the terms of the contract, along with Brainz, Jam City transferred the rights to her yet-to-be-released battler World War Doh.

Although the official release of the game has not yet taken place, World War Doh managed to receive an award from Apple for the most technological and innovative project of 2017 in Latin America and the “Audience Choice 2017” award of the Casual Connect USA mobile conference.

“Jam City has not missed a rare opportunity to purchase a highly anticipated and award—winning mobile game before its international release,” said Jam City CEO Chris DeWolfe.

The release of World War Doh is scheduled for the end of this year.

Jam City is a mobile game development company founded in 2007. Specializes in casual titles. Well—known studio projects are three in a row Cookie Jam, Panda Pop puzzle and others.
