The development team from the Nonstop Games studio, which closed a year ago, has opened a new video game company in Singapore — Mighty Bear Games.

The startup managed to receive $775 thousand of venture capital investments from the international fund Global Founders Capital.

Simon Davis, who previously worked at King, Ubisoft and Bigpoint, became the CEO and co-founder of Mighty Bear Games.

He said that his company is supported by the government of Singapore and is currently located on the territory of Pixel Studios — a space for coworking game developers.

Mighty Bear Games announced that they intend to work on a “new generation of mobile MMOs.” To do this, they use the experience gained when creating the Heroes of Honor mobile strategy in Nonstop Games.

Nonstop Games was founded in 2011 in Singapore under the name GamesMadeMe and renamed a year later.

In 2014, the company was acquired by the developer and publisher of mobile games King, which also decided to liquidate the division in October 2016.
