The authors of Pokerist decided to publish in India. KamaGames has announced the launch of a new Poker Champions game created specifically for the Indian audience.
The release is the result of a collaboration between KamaGames and Shanghai–based YooZoo Games, which acted as the publisher of the project in the App Store and Google Play.
Poker Champions is based on the main blockbuster of the company – Pokerist social poker. It changed the graphics and made edits in the mechanics. The developers have tried to change some of the modes so that the game becomes more dynamic. According to them, the Indians are more accustomed to this.
Andrey Kuznetsov, Managing Director of KamaGames, is confident that they are entering the market on time. According to him, in 2017, the time that residents of the country spend on smartphones has just increased by 50%. He expects that their expenses will also grow after that.
According to App Annie, according to the results of last year, India surpassed the United States and became the second country in the world in terms of the number of downloads from mobile devices. Only China bypasses it.
