Fiksu has published a traditional report on the state of the American App Store for the month. In short: downloads are falling, the user’s price is rising.

So, the number of free installations in the American store of mobile applications for iPhone in June fell to 5.6 million per day. In May, we recall, the figures were very high – 5.9 million per day. It is difficult to talk about the reasons. A year ago in June there was a growth that Fiksu called traditional, they say, school holidays, everyone downloads applications.  The company attributed the current decline to the “summer depression”, due to which consumers consume less content. Traditionally, yes.

The cost of a loyal user (the one who logs into the application at least three times), on the contrary, has grown to the April level of $ 1.50. According to Fiksu, the point here is that companies have tried advertising inside the Facebook mobile app (mobile app install ads). Accordingly, the price of it began to grow rapidly.
