One of the first Epic Games Store exclusives will be available on Steam by the end of the year. This is a Hades bagel from the authors of Transistor.

The Hades page appeared on Steam yesterday. Previously, Supergiant stated that their game would not move to other platforms until it was released from early access. But it seems that Hades will lose its exclusivity for the epic store much earlier. The Steam page shows the release date of the game: December 10. Moreover, this will not be an official release, but the same output in early access, writes PCGamesN.

Most likely, the game will actually be released on the specified date. After all, Steam has recently introduced a new requirement: the postponement of the release must be justified by serious reasons and be agreed with Valve.

By December, just a year will have passed since the launch of the Epic Games Store, where Hades has been from the very beginning. Probably, the developers have ended the exclusivity contract with Epic Games.

Now many products in the Epic Games Store are temporarily exclusive, that is, they promise to appear on Steam and other stores in six months or a year. For example, Borderlands 3 will be released from Epics in September, and it will appear on Steam in 2020.
