According to rumors, the third version of Jelly Bean will be presented at the upcoming Google I/O instead of Key Lime Pie.

Last week we wrote that Google plans to delay the announcement of Android 5 so that device manufacturers have time to prepare for the new generation of OS. In fact, so that they can sell off the old generations of devices and quietly switch to a new technological base. And, judging by the latest Android Police data, it will be.

As the observer of the western resource Artem Russakovsky found out, at the moment the search company is working on Android 4.3. He fished out information about the new OS from the server logs from Google.

Starting from the information received , Artyom made several assumptions at once:

  • official information about Android 4.3 will appear in the near future (information about the new OS version in the logs usually appears shortly before the release)
  • there is still a long time before the announcement of Android 5 (there is no information about it in the logs, only mentions of Android 4.3; there were rumors that the announcement of the “pyaterochka” was postponed indefinitely)
  • Google I/O is coming soon, Android 4.3 will most likely be presented at it (the new version of the OS from Google is shown, as a rule, at this event)
