The revenues of the French mobile giant last year amounted to a solid sum of € 227.3 million ($257 million). This is 3% less than the company earned in 2013.
But another thing is alarming: 90% of the money generated was for games released before January 2014. Twelve new titles did not meet expectations. On the other hand, we do not exclude that such a ratio may be due to the late release of most tiles (the company’s new games were mainly released in the second half of 2014). Weak most of them can not be called, although there are no unambiguous hits.
Out of curiosity:
- in the fourth quarter of 2014, the total MAU of the company’s games amounted to 170 million;
- in the fourth quarter of 2014, the total DAU of the company’s games amounted to 21 million;
- the total number of downloads for 2014 was 700 million.
