Online samurai battles with Vikings and knights in the action For Honor from Ubisoft were in the greatest demand among American gamers in February.
According to a study by the American analytical company NPD group, it took only 12 days for a fresh Ubisoft title to reach the first place in sales in February. In addition to For Honor, users most actively bought Resident Evil: Biohazard and Grand Theft Auto V.
Experts reported a decline in sales on all platforms: games for consoles and mobile platforms sank by 14% to $344.2 million, and PC projects lost 26% and dropped to $25 million.
