Along with details about the Xbox Series X, Microsoft has announced a collaboration with Electronic Arts. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have access to games from the EA Play library at no additional cost.
Access to the EA Play service, formerly known as EA Access, will open before the Christmas holidays. Perhaps it is worth focusing on November 10 — the start of sales of next-generation consoles.
Subscribers will be able to play more than 60 Electronic Arts titles for free. They will also have access to exclusive in-game rewards, additional content, discounts on DLC for EA games, as well as 10-hour trial versions of new publisher projects.
To access EA Play, you will need to have an Ultimate subscription on consoles or a new Xbox Game Pass subscription on PC, which can be issued from September 17 (the price for three months in the Russian Federation will be 1796.99 rubles). At the same time, some of the EA games can be played in the cloud on Android devices using Project xCloud.
Microsoft also confirmed today that the Xbox Series X will cost $499. In Russia, the price for the console will be 45,590 rubles. At the start, players will be available, including Assassin’s Creed Valhala, which will now be officially released a week earlier.
