Tactical card game Duelyst from Counterplay Games studio has found a new publisher in the person of Bandai Namco Entertainment America a year after the official release.

Bandai Namco will promote, service and attract new players, while Counterplay Games will be able to focus on the development of their project.

Counterplay Games assured the players that Duelyst will not undergo radical changes in connection with this union.

The conclusion of the partnership will be marked by an in-game event, which will take place from July 11 to August 1 this year. As part of it, gamers can link their Duelyst account with the Bandai Namco Entertainment America account and receive game bonuses.

Duelyst was officially released on April 27, 2016 on Microsoft Windows and macOS X platforms, and appeared on Steam on August 16 of the same year.

The game is distributed for free, but gamers can buy sets of cards for real money.
