Apple has withdrawn the AppGratis app from the App Store, which informs about free programs and iTunes sales.
Analysts believe that this is another step in the struggle of the giant from Cupertino with third-party teams doing their business on advertising and promotion, so to speak, on the side.
Of course, Apple itself would like users, first of all, to pay attention to the products “registered” by itself, to download these applications. AppGratis, of course, did not fit into such a scheme.
Its creators were doing very well – 10 million downloads of the program itself and investments of $ 12.5 million from venture capital firms.
Note that this is not the first such case. In December 2012, a similar app Shopper was removed from the App Store.
