No meetings and personal communication in San Jose. The WWDC Developer Conference, traditionally the most important event of the year for any Apple developer, will not take place in the usual format. Due to the threats associated with the coronavirus, the Apple company decided to conduct it exclusively online.
The current situation in healthcare has forced us to prepare a new format for WWDC 2020, which will allow our entire developer community to get acquainted online with key speeches, sessions and training lectures.

At the upcoming digital event, Apple promises to talk about the future of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS. The event will also include lectures for developers on new technologies and frameworks in areas such as augmented reality, machine learning, health, and so on.

Earlier this week it became known that Apple, due to the spread of the coronavirus, decided not to hold a March presentation of a new line of devices. On it, among other gadgets, the company planned to show a budget iPhone.
In early March, Google also announced the cancellation of its annual conference for Android developers – I/O. It was supposed to take place in mid-May.
