Sensor Tower has developed a new analytical tool — App Teardown. It shows which SDKs are integrated into mobile apps.
Developers and publishers will be able to use this data to optimize advertising, monetization and UA in their games, Sensor Tower claims.
So far, the App Teardown contains two main functions. One of them is the Top SDK. It shows a graph of the most popular SDKs in projects from the App Store and Google Play. The data in it can be sorted by platform, categories, subcategories and genres, as well as by application revenue.
Another feature of App Teardown is SDK Detection. It shows which SDK set is contained in the applications. For example, it indicates the presence of AdMob, Applovin, AdColony or other companies’ code. In some cases, the tool can calculate the SDK version and check it for relevance.
Note that Sensor Tower promises to develop the App Teardown and introduce all new features into it.
