We continue the weekly publication of selected vacancies. Their selection makes for App2Top.ru Tanya Evdokimenko, HR and recruiting expert, founder of VALUES VALUE.
From 17 to 24 May on App2Top.ru there are 15 new vacancies. I chose a couple of the most interesting ones.
Entering the Industry of the Week:
Marketer, Daily Magic (Kaliningrad)
The vacancy involves a fairly wide range of responsibilities. But for a person who wants to delve deeply into the product, this is rather a plus. Also, the new employee will be entrusted to participate in the formation of the company’s marketing policy, set tasks for business development and market research. A low starting offer is compensated by a bonus system, the ability to influence the future of the company and achieve a leadership position.
Requirements:
- experience in advertising and marketing;
- experience in conducting promotions;
- competent Russian speech;
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level and above;
- knowledge of business etiquette and business correspondence skills;
- copywriting skills;
- experience in conducting promotional and bonus promotions. Preferably in casual mobile games;
- skills of working with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads;
- the plus will be a love of games and experience in the gaming industry.
PM-vacancy of the week:
Project Manager, Game Insight (Nizhny Novgorod)
The Game Insight company promises the new employee an interesting, creative work, the results of which can be proud of. And, judging by the job description, the project manager is needed for one of the released hits of the company. I am impressed by the transparency with which GI requires stress tolerance from a successful candidate. This is reasonable, because the tasks include monitoring the timing of development in conditions of frequently changing requirements and monitoring the status of the projects themselves “in battle”.
Requirements:
- experience in managing the development of complex software (cross-platform client-server solutions, any industry);
- software development experience (preferably not web);
- confident knowledge and understanding of software development and testing methodologies and processes;
- the ability to effectively influence the course of the development process, to anticipate difficulties,
- reduce losses at all stages;
- leadership qualities, self-confidence and knowledge, the ability to take responsibility for yourself;
- ability to clearly express your thoughts and communicate them to employees;
- ability to work in a team;
- the ability to put the goals and needs of the team above their own;
- stress resistance.
