Chinese giant Tencent has joined the South Korean consortium created by Netmarble. The latter is one step closer to buying Nexon, the publisher of ArcheAge and Dragon Nest.

The publisher ArcheAge and Dragon Nest were put up for sale in mid-January.

Major South Korean publisher Netmarble bought a 25.71% stake in local record label Big Hit Entertainment (BHE) for $190 million. Thanks to the deal, Netmarble became the second largest shareholder of the music company.
