Indian startup Lila Games has closed the seed round of investment. The developers have raised $2.8 million, which will be used to create “the most ambitious mobile shooter.”

Oskari “Ozz” Häkkinen, head of the trademark development department at Remedy Entertainment, announced the creation of a mobile startup.

Execution Labs, a firm that supports and launches gaming startups, has raised $5.3 million.

Tokyo-based startup TransLimit received 300 million yen or about $2.8 million. Line Ventures, United, East Ventures, Skyland Ventures, and Genuine Startups acted as investors.

Startup Cloudcade received $1.55 million from the venture fund IDG Capital to create its first game.
