App Annie and IDC claim that mobile games have overtaken portable console games in terms of user spending in the first quarter. It also turned out that there are 1.1 billion smartphone users and 160 million tablet users in the world.
Analytical companies have presented a joint report on portable games for the second time. This time it covers the 4th quarter of 2012 – the 1st quarter of 2013. In fact, six months. The report describes the situation that has developed both in general with the mobile market, and directly with the market of games for mobile devices and portable consoles. According to him:
- Android increased its share by 1.8 points
