The Internet giant Google has also decided to “be on trend”. He launched a new collection of indie gaming applications in the official Android market.
There is both a large section (“The best indie games”), promoted on the main store, and a small, as we understood, permanent (“Indie Games”).
A large section confuses Google’s understanding of the term indie. It is unclear why a number of games from large companies developing projects for a wide audience ended up in the collections.
The permanent section raises fewer questions. There you can find, among other things, such projects as Downwell and Barrier X, which are really independent, both in spirit and in the history of development.
