The MAU of streamers on the YouTube Gaming platform increased by 343% in 2017. This is reported by the analytical company Streamlabs in the report on the state of the gaming stream industry for the 4th quarter of last year.

The monthly active Twitch audience increased slightly less over the past year — by 197%.

Despite the advance in growth dynamics, YouTube Gaming is noticeably lagging behind Twitch in terms of key indicators.
