The Steam platform presented statistics on the work of the support service and the response time to user requests on various issues.

As indicated on the Steam Support page, support processes refund requests within 2 hours, it can take up to 11 hours to solve problems with account protection and recovery, and the maximum waiting time is associated with questions about making purchases and payments — it can take up to 2 days.

Steam reported that the platform’s support receives an average of 75 thousand requests per day, and about 9 thousand user requests remain unresolved at any given time.

Valve also stated that it will continue to invest in staff and training to improve Steam support, and welcomes feedback on its work.
