Back on August 2, Google updated the payment rules of its mobile store. Starting from this date, developers can add third-party payment systems to applications for users from Russia.
Recall that in mid-July, Google allowed the use of third-party payment systems for residents of countries belonging to the European Economic Area. Then the company clarified that the innovation concerns only non-gaming applications. In the case of Russia, there were no such clarifications.
