iOS developers have new features. The App Store has officially launched the Custom product pages tool. It allows you to create additional pages for a published mobile application.

  • After launching a custom page, the developer can track its performance in App Analytics. The Acquisition section will display views, downloads, repeat installs and conversions from each page of the application, as well as retention and the number of transfers from each paying user.
  • In addition, Apple analytics will allow you to compare the effectiveness of a customized page compared to the main one.

Apple claims that one of the tasks of the tool is to allow developers to focus on different aspects of the product, depending on the audience of a particular advertising campaign. Simply put, Custom product pages makes it possible to promote the application simultaneously to different types of users. But another thing is also important: with the help of the tool in the App Store, it is now possible to conduct ASO split testing.

The tool was announced in the summer, and details about it became known in October. However, it is reported that it is possible to use it only from today.
