The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published a preliminary decision on the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. The regulator said that in its current form, the deal would harm competition in the gaming market.

Now the CMA offers Microsoft several compromise options:

▪️buy Activision Blizzard without a Call of Duty-related business;
▪️buy Activision Blizzard without Activision;
▪️buy Activision Blizzard without Activision and without Blizzard (probably we are talking about buying only King).

The final decision of the CMA must be made by April 26.
