Nintendo has announced an increase in the monthly production of Nintendo Switch consoles to 2 million copies.
Previously, the circulation of the Nintendo Switch per month was approximately estimated by the Digitimes edition from 800 thousand to 1 million new consoles.
Nintendo expects to sell 20 million Switch consoles by the end of 2017. Previously, the company had forecast sales in the range of 13 million.
After the news about the increase in production of the Nintendo Switch, the company’s stock price reached its highest value in the last 10 years, rising by 77% since the beginning of this year.
