The American company Hasbro, which owns the rights to the Monopoly brand, reported earnings from the mobile game Monopoly Go. From January to September 2026, the game generated $127 million for the company—almost the same as the previous year.

It should be noted that these are Hasbro's licensing revenues, not the total revenue from Monopoly Go. The development and publishing of the game are handled by Scopely, which uses the Monopoly brand under an agreement with the rights holder.

Recall that since its release in April 2023, Monopoly Go has been downloaded more than 300 million times. According to estimates by Sensor Tower, in 2025, the game surpassed $6 billion in revenue from in-game purchases, becoming the fastest mobile project in history to achieve this milestone.

Amid stable income from Monopoly Go, Hasbro's entire business in the category of digital and licensable games continues to grow. In the third quarter, its revenue increased by 3% to $134.1 million, and for the nine months, it rose by 7% to $390.9 million.
