Microsoft has published a report for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023, which ended on June 30. According to analysts, this period was the second best fourth quarter for the gaming division of the corporation.
According to Microsoft, Xbox quarterly revenue increased by $36 million or 1% compared to last year. The corporation itself did not say exactly how much the gaming division earned, but analysts suggest that Xbox revenue for the fourth quarter was $3.49 billion. Also, according to their estimates, Xbox’s annual revenue reached $15.46 billion.
Revenue from console sales fell by 13%.
Revenue from sales of Xbox content and services increased by 5%.
The number of monthly active Xbox users, as well as the number of monthly active devices, increased to a record level for the fourth quarter.
