Google and NVIDIA have shared with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) information about the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. According to Bloomberg, citing sources, in their statements, the companies supported Sony‘s concerns and indicated that this purchase could harm competition in the markets of cloud services, subscriptions and mobile games.

A Microsoft representative in a comment to Bloomberg said that the corporation is open to discussing problems related to the deal. He stressed that Microsoft wants to provide access to games to as many people as possible.

Against the background of the news, the value of Activision Blizzard shares fell to $76.75 apiece.
