Marmalade, which provides cross-platform tools for developers, and billing provider Fortumo have announced a partnership in which Fortumo solutions will be fully integrated into the Marmalade SDK.
This means that developers will be able to create applications and games for Android with IAP support with payments in 80 countries through local mobile operators without using bank cards.

Let’s add that Fortumo was founded in 2007 in Tartu (Estonia). She also has an office in Silicon Valley (San Francisco). In February of this year, it received investments in the amount of $ 10 million from Intel and Greysoft Partners.
