The head of Activision Blizzard in a letter to employees admitted that he was disappointed with Sony. He doesn’t like the way the company behaves when discussing a deal with Microsoft.

In particular, Bobby Kotick is dissatisfied with Sony’s words that Microsoft may start releasing a blocked version of Call of Duty on the PlayStation if the deal goes through. He stated that Activision Blizzard “cares too much about gamers” to allow the release of low-quality games.

Kotick also pointed out that Sony has not yet signed a 10-year Call of Duty agreement. He recalled that Jim Ryan recently admitted that he was not interested in such an agreement and just wanted to disrupt the deal.

Nevertheless, the Cat believes that everything that is happening will not affect the long-term relationship between Activision Blizzard and Sony. The publisher intends to continue cooperation and release games on PlayStation.
