Monday began with issues. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure experienced difficulties for about three hours on the East Coast of the United States. Seventy-three Amazon services were affected.

As a result, disruptions occurred globally, affecting at least over fifty online products. These included solutions such as Asana, Atlassian, Jira Software, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
The gaming sector was also impacted. Users of Steam, PlayStation Network, and Epic Games Store faced access issues. Additionally, fans of games like Fortnite, Roblox, and Clash Royale complained about being unable to play their favorite games.
According to the AWS Health Dashboard, the problem was resolved by 1:35 PM Moscow time, and most Amazon infrastructure-related solutions returned to normal operation. The causes of the outage have not been disclosed.
