Capcom and Clover Studio have come up with an original promo for the remaster version of the adventure action ŌKami. The model of the main heroine of the game — the white wolf Amaterasu — may appear in the popular MOBA Dota 2.
In Dota 2, Amaterasu will become a courier — a player-controlled unit that carries various items. The heroine of ŌKami will hit Valve if players vote for her inclusion in the game.
A remaster of the Capcom and Clover game called ŌKami HD will be released on December 12 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
Japanese developers are not the only ones who use Dota 2 as a platform to promote their products. Previously, Coffee Stain Studios (Goat Simulator), Adult Swim Games (Rick & Morty) and Square Enix (Final Fantasy Type − 0 HD) sent their characters there.
