Since the fate of Kontagent and HasOffers is still unclear, it’s time to pay attention to alternative solutions that are still included in Facebook’s Mobile Measurement Program. Adjust is one of them.

Adjust specializes in tracking user behavior after downloading the application and re-targeting, and also boasts of support for “deep links”. With the help of the service, marketers can track how users use the application, how long and how often they are in it. Realtime analytics of the platform also allows you to track where the most valuable users come from.

A couple of days ago, the Adjust platform was called Adeven. Right now the tool is undergoing a total rebranding. Renaming is due to the desire of developers to focus on it.

After working with real, paying customers for a year and a half, we decided to exclude the adeven brand (intermediary company) in order to focus on our products: Apptrace and Adjust,” Simon Kendall, Adjust Product Manager, commented on the renaming.

The mentioned Apptrace, in turn, is a free analytical service that demonstrates application statistics in the top (a kind of analogue of the functionality open to free App Annie users).

As you can understand, neither Apptrace nor Adjust are engaged in advertising. At the same time, it is well known that Apple is soon going to ban the collection of IDFA to all companies that do not demonstrate certain advertising offers to users. Does this mean that solutions specializing only in analytics (including Adjust) will have a hard time?

Simon is sure he doesn’t.

We have a tracking option without IDFA, but there was no need to use it. The client SDKs from Adjust were successfully reviewed because they did not violate this clause (we are talking about Apple’s provision warning that IDFA should be used for advertising, not for privacy violations, approx. App2Top.ru)».

Adjust services can be used by any developer absolutely free of charge for 30 days. However, unfortunately, Simon did not answer us about the conversion rate of the service.
