With an eye on PocketGamer, we decided to recall which mobile games in the past year were most often mentioned in connection with high earnings.

Naturally, companies are not always inclined to disclose the exact figures of their income, nevertheless, in 2012 several projects repeatedly hit the headlines precisely in connection with the box office of their games.

In June, Halfbrick announced that its mobile hit Fruit Ninja earns over $400 thousand per month on in-app advertising.

In September, everyone started talking about the Finnish Supercell team after it became known that the daily income from its two games (Clash of Clans and Hay Day) exceeds half a million dollars. According to the latest data, this figure has already grown to a million.

In November, Punchbox announced that its Fishing Joy 2 game in 200 Chinese stores earns about $1.6 million monthly.

The monthly income of the Rage of Bahamuth (DeNA) card buttler is estimated at $2.6 million (as of June 2012, excluding the Japanese market).

The CSR Racing racing game generates $12 million per month on IAP.

FIFA World Class Soccer on the GREE network brought EA Mobile $30 million in five months.
