On the eve of the New Year, analytical companies continue to delight with their predictions about how much the mobile market will earn in future years. This time the forecast was shared by the Swedish Berg Insight.

According to analysts of this company, which mainly monitors telecommunications markets, the mobile advertising market in 2017 will account for 4.4% of global marketing turnover or 15.5% of online advertising turnover. It would seem that the percentages are ridiculous, but in real numbers it looks very serious – €19.7 billion.

According to the results of 2011, the volume of the mobile advertising market amounted to €3.8 billion. It was from this figure that Berg Insight started, calculating the cumulative annual growth rate (CAGR) for five years ahead, which will amount to 31%.
