The results of a survey conducted by Swiftkey in the USA indicate that the degree of user satisfaction with HTC and Motorola smartphones is falling, while Samsung devices, on the contrary, are growing.

A year ago, in a similar survey, 86% of respondents using HTC smartphones rated their devices as “excellent” or “very good”. This time their share was 67%. The figures reflecting the opinion of the owners of Motorola devices are no better. A drop from 86% to 64% was recorded here. The Apple iPhone remained in almost the same positions: 86% in 2011 and 84% in 2012. Samsung devices showed the best dynamics in improving the opinion of smartphones – the share of respondents who consider them “excellent” or “very good” increased from 78 to 82%.
