The new rules for publishing applications prohibit advertising in notifications, and also prohibit encouraging users with virtual currency for rating.
The other day, the Internet corporation sent out a letter to Android developers. It contains new rules for publishing apps on Google Play.
In our opinion, there are three main points.
- advertising is prohibited in system notifications and in icons on the home screen;
- permission for any change of system settings must be obtained from the user;
- it is forbidden to encourage users with virtual currency or bonuses for rating.
30 days are given to correct these points.
But we have a question: how much will innovations affect the fate of your projects?
