AppFlood, an exclusive cross-promotion platform for Android, generates 200 million ad views per month, according to its founders from Papaya Mobile.
An impressive figure, considering that the launch of the platform took place only last July. The clickability (CTR) of AppFlood is a hefty 45%, and the download rate is 37%. Papaya Mobile also reports that the network can provide from 4 to 7 thousand non-stimulating downloads per day with a retention rate of 30%. In September, the average cost of a non-stimulating download via AppFlood was $0.40. According to the company’s representatives, this is 70% less than the average CPI on Android, which is $1.86.
AppFlood is already used by more than 350 developers. The cross-promotion service is free and open to all Android developers, not just those who are members of the Papaya mobile social gaming network.
Now Papaya is preparing to launch a version of the SDK of the project compatible with Unity projects. They are also going to launch an advertising platform on iOS.
