Amazon is developing a new smartphone, the highlight of which will be the presence of a 3D screen. On top of everything else, Amazon promises to save us from having to use glasses for viewing.

A lot of rumors have already accumulated around the release of the new smartphone. So, a year ago there was news that Amazon is testing a smartphone in Asian markets. Then the appearance of the smartphone was expected by the Christmas sales.

Now, according to The Wall Street Journal, Amazon is going to release at least two smartphones this year, one of which will support 3D and eye tracking technology. That is, it will be possible to control the device interface with one glance.

Recall that Amazon began to explore the mobile device market in 2011 with the release of the Kindle Fire tablet, the fourth version of which in the first quarter of 2013 ranked fourth in sales worldwide. The American company does not seek to surprise everyone with the development of the latest technologies, rather, it offers a reliable product at a reasonable price. 3D smartphones have already been produced by LG, HTC and Nintendo, but were not in high demand. Therefore, the release of a new smartphone with 3D technology should be attributed to the company’s desire to increase the share of presence in the mobile application market.
