The latest Kabam game turned out to be one of the brightest debuts on the mobile market for the entire time of its existence, as well as the most successful start of Kevin Cho’s company.

The game adaptation of the sixth part of “Fast and Furious” (a series known in the West under the name Fast and Furious) in its debut month showed impressive results on the market, to put it mildly. As Kabam, the developer and publisher of the project, reported today, since May 16, the total number of downloads of the mobile version of Fast & Furious 6 has amounted to more than 17 million.

The company’s first racing game topped the tops of free apps in more than 100 countries and the box office top in 19 countries. The monetization of Fast & Furious 6 is based on the sale of in-game currency, with which the user can purchase cars, as well as various parts and improvements to it.

The project is very close to the CSR Racing game, last year’s summer hit from Boss Alien, which earned $12 million in July 2012.
