Mobile publisher Zynga has funded three-year courses in game design of social mobile games in University of Southern California.

The class will run from the fall of 2017 to 2020. The program will focus on “creating social mobile games using Zynga’s design methodology.”

In addition to the curriculum, Zynga has provided funding for a series of panel discussions, lectures and events to promote diversity and inclusion in the video game industry.

The amount of appropriations was not disclosed.
